At RD Webart Solutions, we are dedicated to delivering professional digital services with transparency and accountability. While we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction, we understand that exceptional circumstances may require refund considerations.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

This policy applies to all services offered by RD Webart Solutions, including:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Software & Mobile App Development

  • SEO & Digital Marketing

  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

  • Branding & Creative Services

  • Virtual Assistant Services

  • Monthly Retainers & Subscription Plans


1. Standard Refund Terms

Refund requests are reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis. A refund may only be considered if there is a clear failure in service delivery, major deviation from the agreed scope, or non-performance directly caused by our team.

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after work has begun

  • Delayed responses or approvals from the client

  • Additional feature requests outside the agreed scope

  • Services delivered as per approved proposal

  • Delays caused by third-party tools, hosting, APIs, or ad platforms

  • Non-payment or breach of contract terms


2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To request a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • A written request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or milestone completion

  • A valid explanation must be provided with supporting proof (if applicable)

  • All due payments must be cleared

  • The client must allow our team reasonable time to resolve the issue

We prioritize resolving concerns before initiating any refund process.


3. Service-Wise Refund Guidelines

A. Website, App & Software Development

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • Final source code, admin access, or credentials have been delivered

  • The project is canceled due to client-side delays

  • Custom functionality has been developed as requested

Partial refunds may be considered only if:

  • The delay is entirely due to our internal fault

  • Major technical issues remain unresolved after reasonable support

Refund consideration period: Up to 15 days from project start or milestone completion.


B. Digital Marketing & Performance Advertising

Services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Ads are generally non-refundable due to:

  • Dependence on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

  • Market competition and algorithm changes

  • Strategic and time-based execution

However:

  • If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and work has not started, a partial refund may be considered.

  • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service month begins.


C. Branding & Creative Design

Refund may be considered only if:

  • No design concepts or drafts have been shared

  • Cancellation is requested before work begins

Refund will not be granted:

  • After the first draft or concept submission

  • Due to subjective preferences after approval


D. Virtual Assistant & Subscription Services

  • If canceled before team allocation, partial refund may be possible

  • Once hours are assigned or work has started, completed work is non-refundable


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to: support@rdwebartsolutions.in

  • Subject Line: Refund Request – [Project Name / Invoice ID]

  • Include a clear explanation and any relevant supporting documents

Review Timeline:

  • Acknowledgment within 2 business days

  • Evaluation within 5–7 business days

  • Final decision communicated via email

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized payment disputes without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate service suspension

  • Contract termination

  • Legal action in cases of fraudulent claims

We believe in fair resolution through professional dialogue.


7. Limitation of Liability

RD Webart Solutions’ total liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruptions, revenue loss, or external platform issues beyond our control.
